Humans, have caused and endured countless atrocities. Just scroll the headlines in your feed. Every generation has a reason to believe they're the last. Callously joking it wouldn’t be responsible to have children.

But when we look at the BIG picture, the world is improving. We’re still here, aren’t we? On the other side of plagues, world wars, economic crashes, and the dark ages. Each new generation adapts and learns how to better work with those who are different than us. We solve massive problems in the nick of time. Innovation makes our parent’s biggest fear irrelevant.

In many ways, the life of an average 2020 human is far more convenient and luxurious than the kings of the Middle Ages. Today you have the luxury of reading a random blog on your device that is connected to all humans and our collective knowledge. Prosperity is not finite. It’s not meant to be hoarded in fear.

The world will be better because of what you have and you will be better because of the world.

Choose creativity and generosity instead of fear and scarcity.
